Jivaro Qel-Jairus was born into the rich, historical culture of Naboo while the blood of his Corellian ancestors flow through his veins.
A journey to gain more insight and knowledge lured him away from the usual galactic trade routes and towards the oft-overlooked planet of Socorro. Unknown to him, the move was little more than a snare; which had been sprung.

Off the common frequencies of comlinks, Jivaro was imprisoned on the planet; held captive for a period of months. While close to his breaking point, he knew something had to be done.

As strange as it seemed, he began reconnecting to his heritage. Learning enough of the Old Corellian dialect, he was able to gain the trust of a few of his captors. It was then - in an act of pure Corellian fashion - when he made a brazen escape; but something he couldn't take sole credit for.

With a CDEF blaster concealed within a "mouse"-style security droid, he made his move. Through secretly rewiring a detention-grade probot droid, Jivaro programmed it with the series of passkeys and door triggers needed to unlock the entire path from cell door to docking bay of the facility he was held within. This droid was also responsible for having the launch sequence codes needed to activate and launch a hijacked lightweight Scyk class spacecraft Jivaro needed pilot away from his kidnappers.

Even with a scorched chassis and motivator-frying blast in the escape, the determined little MSE droid was able to transmit the signals to remotely scramble the security system that controlled a final set of blast doors. Jivaro managed to double back and risk his own life in order to scoop the droid up and save it from sure meltdown. The menacing probot used its built-in weaponry to hold off the onslaught from the pursuers until the cockpit’s hatch sealed and all three barely piloted to safely (albeit cramped) while tucked inside the small craft.
In a hail of boltfire and failed hyperdrive jumps, the trio successfully made it into safe harbor; orbiting the planet Naboo: thanks to the navigating skills of the probot and jamming capabilities of the charred security droid.
When Jivaro returned to the system, the life he knew was altered yet again. Thought he was dead, his guild decommissioned his status of Ambassador, and all privileges were revoked. To make matters worse, sweeping changes were made throughout the galaxy. All people were confined to one career path: anyone caught dabbling or disobeying seemed to be never heard from again. It was only wishful thinking they were able to garner amnesty by traveling beyond the Outer Rim.

Qel-Jairus was determined to strive against all of these new rules and forbidden abilities. He is still known for procuring almost any object needed in the galaxy as well as using Corellian trickery to keep the supply of milk steadily flowing throughout the galaxy.
A new strength has bubbled from within his spirit despite such oppression the galaxy continues to face. New weaponry, new abilities, and a penchant for his tongue naturally slipping into the Old Corellian dialect are now a product of his existence.

He repaired and retained the droids which he befriended while trapped within the hidden installation and in return aided his fight for flight: but with more than just a serial number for a name. The probot was named Socorro to remind him of the planet inhabited by Old Corellians, and MSE-DGB is now affectionately known as Digby.
